Product description of our KM cyclone repairing anti abrasion wear resistant two part
epoxy coatings:
KM cyclone special wear resistant composite material is the Two-component wear resistant polymer composites compounded by modified toughening epoxy resin and modified amine curing agent.
It’s widely used in the repairing of various heavy duty medium wear-out parts and preparation of wear resistant coating on the surface of various machine parts which have wear resistant,
corrosion resistant requirements.Especially suitable for repairing wear scrap cyclone and preparation of wear resistant pre-protecting coating on the inner wall of new cyclone. Can repair for many times,the specification and size of the equipment after
repairing didn’t change.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the needing-repair areas of the cyclone inner wall,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting and so on,
the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned by cleaning agent,then dry it by airing,
the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.

2.Preparation: Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to the weight ratio 4:1,
generally it’s while construction and configuration,every time don’t configure too much adhesive,
too much adhesive is not easy to mix uniformly.(when the temperature is low,the viscosity of KM wear resistant composite material is high,not easy to mix uniformly,
need to heat A and B two components separately first,then make them mix uniformly).

3.Coating: Make the mixing uniformly KM cyclone special wear resistant composite materials scrape coating on the metal
substrates repeatedly,make the base stock wet up the substrates,then make the mixed-up material press coating on the pending-repair area repeatedly. Pat it to be compacted first,then repair the coating surface to be smooth after the coating spreading in the
suitable size,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during repairing to avoid appearing interference phenomenon
in the assembly.

4.Curing condition: heat up to the temperature of 80 degree slowly and keep this temperature for 2 hours,
then heat up to the temperature of 120 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours again, cool down to the room
temperature slowly.

Packaging specification:
1.Two-component,20 kg/group, packed in a plastic drum.

Transportation and storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against
and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.

Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the
pretest according to actual working condition

2.When the environment temperature is below 15 degree,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure

3.When the environment temperature is more than 25 degree or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,
should properly shorten the application time of coating after mixing.

Construction protective measures:
1.Wear the protective masks,wear the protective glasses and rubber gloves
2.Need washing hands with soap before eating,drinking or smoking.
3.The health hazard after touching: a few people will have skin allergy phenomenon,see a doctor in time and avoid touching with
this product again.should wipe it with ethyl acetate when the sizing material paste on the skin by careless,then wash it with clear
water.Should wash it with clear water immediately and see a doctor when splashing into the eyes by careless.

Warm Prompt:
Residual adhesive solution cured products are non-toxic harmless organic solid,but maybe it will produce poisonous gas when
burning,non-professional personnel can not do combustion disposal,should be sent to garbage power plant or garbage burning
place treatment.

Fire prevention measures:
Should choose dry powder to extinguish fire,can cover and flap it with dry powder,grit(the construction using abrasive) or
the non chemical fiber fabric when the sizing material catching fire.
