abrasion resistant coating:
BD765 high temperature anti abrasion corrosion resistant coating is the high performance interpenetrating network
structure high temperature resistant,wear resistant polymeric ceramic material which compounded by high performance
wear resistant,corrosion resistant materials(like ceramic,silicon carbide,carborundum,titanium alloy etc) and inorganic
high temperature adhesives.Widely used in the preparation of wear resistant coatings on the surfaceof various machine
parts which have high temperature,abrasion resistant requirements.The highest temperature resistant is 600 degree.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the roughing treatment on the pending-repair part,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc.The surface after roughing treatment should be cleaned,
the surface after this treatment should be the one roughen,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.

2.Preparation: Mix them according to the weight ratio A:B=3:1,then stir it uniformly,and use it up within 40 minutes,
generally it’s while construction and configuring adhesives,every time the largest quantity of configuring adhesive is
not more than 20 kilograms,too much adhesive is solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until the partial adhesive has
solidified and can’t be used.According to the actual temperature,the configuration can be proper some more in winter,
and proper some less in summer.

3.Coating: The suitable coating thickness of BD765 high temperature anti abrasion corrosion resistant coating is 2-4mm,
should make the mixed-up materials be coating on the pending-repair parts layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.
The thickness of each layer should be controlled under 2mm,should be coating the next layer after the upper layer drying,
the coating time of the front and behind layers is depend on the temperature during construction and the coating thickness.
When the coating thickness is 0.5mm,the coating time is more than 10 hours in winter,and the coating time is more than 4
hours in summer.We should insist the principle:coating on the next layer after the upper layer drying

4.Curing: After the coating is coated in the specified size,we should place it for 5-7 days,it can be put into using after
doing the curing

Packaging Details:
1.Packed in a plastic drum, two-component,10Kg/group,A component: 7.5Kg/drum, B component: 2.5Kg/kettle.
2.We could offer professional customized packaging and subpackage services based on users' requirements.

Storage and Warranty:
Store it in the cool and dry place,keep away from moisture.The warranty period is 12 months.

Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the
pretest according to actual working condition

2.When the environment temperature is below 15 degree,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure.

3.When the environment temperature is more than 25 degree or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,
should properly shorten the application time of coating after mixing.

Construction protective measures:
1.Wear the protective masks,wear the protective glasses and rubber gloves
2.Need washing hands with soap before eating,drinking or smoking.
3.The health hazard after touching: a few people will have skin allergy phenomenon,see a doctor in time and avoid touching with
this product again.should wipe it with ethyl acetate when the sizing material paste on the skin by careless,then wash it with clear water.
Should wash it with clear water immediately and see a doctor when splashing into the eyes by careless.

Warm Prompt:
Residual adhesive solution cured products are non-toxic harmless organic solid,but maybe it will produce poisonous gas when
burning,non-professional personnel can not do combustion disposal,should be sent to garbage power plant or garbage
burning place treatment.

Fire prevention measures:
Should choose dry powder to extinguish fire,can cover and flap it with dry powder,grit(the construction using abrasive) or
the non chemical fiber fabric when the sizing material catching fire.
