Product description of BD4262 high temperature abrasion wear resistant use primer coating:
BD4262 is the high performance polymeric material which compounded by high temperature modified toughening heat resistant resin and
modified high temperature curing agent,it is used as the special high temperature prime coat of BD series anti wear abrasion resistant coating.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Clean up the surface dust and greasy dirt etc of pending-repair parts,grind with anger grinder or sand blasting treatment,
clean it with cleaning agent and dry it by airing.

2.The preparation of prime coat:Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to the weight ratio A:B=3:1,and use it up within
the specified operation time limit.

3.Coating:Make the well mixed material be coating on the surface of pending-repair parts uniformly,the suitable coating thickness is about
0.2-0.5mm,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting
it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
