high temperature anti abrasion wear resistant coating:

BD747 high temperature small particle abrasion resistant coating is the high performance,high temperature resistant,
abrasion & corrosion resistant polymeric ceramic material which compounded by high performance wear resistant,
corrosion resistant material(like ceramic,silicon carbide,carborundum,titanium alloy etc) and modified toughening heat 
resistant resin.Widely used in the preparation of abrasion & corrosion resistant coatings on the surface of various machine 
parts which have high temperature,wear resistant and corrosion resistant requirements.The highest temperature resistant can 
reach to 250 degree,the suggestion using temperature is 210 degree.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the roughing treatment on the pending-repair part,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc.The surface after roughing treatment should be cleaned,
the surface after this treatment should be the one roughen,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.
 
2.Preparation:Make A and B two-component mix uniformly according to the weight ratio A:B=4:1,
and use it up within 40 minutes,generally it’s while construction and configuring adhesives,every time the largest 
quantity of configuring adhesive is not more than 2 kilograms,too much adhesive is solidified too fast,hasn’t been 
used up until the partial adhesive has solidified and can’t be used.According to the actual temperature,the configuration 
can be proper some more in winter,and proper some less in summer.If the temperature is too low,can properly heat up 
the A component to reduce the viscosity for easy to configure.
 
3.Coating: The suitable coating thickness of BD746 high temperature abrasion resistant coating is 2-8mm,the most thickness can reach to 30mm,should make the mixed-up materials be coating on the pending-repair parts layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.
Should repair the surface to be smooth after the coating is coated in the suitable size,or make the low viscosity 
wear resistant adhesive be coating on the surface of the coatings.This material can’t do machining,should pay 
attention to controlling the coating thickness,in order to avoid appearing the interference phenomenon during the assembly.
 
4.Curing: It can be put into using based on curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,when the temperature is 
below 15 degree,the coating can’t cure fully,should heat it up to the temperature of 80 degree after the coating initial curing,
then keep this temperature for 2 hours to promote the coatings curing fully.(Can use the iodine tungsten lamp to do the irradiation heating with the 40cm distance from the coatings.)

Packaging Details:
Packed in a plastic drum,two-component,10Kg/group,A component: 8Kg/drum, B component: 2Kg/drum.

Storage and Warranty:
1.Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.
2.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
